Doctors Internet interview questions

Very unprofessional. I interviewed in June. It started with a phone interview, very basic. I then went into their office to interview the next day. I met with two older men, and one younger guy. They were all friendly. One of them had no personality but wasn't rude. They all said they liked me and think I would be a good fit. So I left feeling confident. I sent thank you emails the next day. They didn't get back to me for 2 weeks so I emailed again asking if they needed any more info or a status update. He said they'll get back to me next week. I waited 2 more weeks and I still didn't get anything. So I sent another email and to this day 3 months later haven't gotten a response. It was very unprofessional and I am not happy with the experience.
