Recruiting was organized, responsive, helpful. The hiring manager was professional, but was unable to articulate the department’s strategy. I left thinking that they needed to hire a tester with 1-2 years of experience, which makes a good opportunity for a recent grad or a returning intern. There must be a disconnect between the hiring manager and recruiting on YOE required for the position.
