They do not do much in way of interviewing. Usually it is more of them talking then asking questions. The background checks seem to take a long time to come back as I had to wait almost 2 weeks even though the manager wanted me to start right away. I did have to speak with the district manager also. I had a hard time logging on to their web site to apply. This position can only be applied for online.

What was the one thing I struggled with at my last job.
Interview was too easy. Interviewer did not give me all of the details about the position. Interviewer let me know the top pay and they wanted me right away but the hiring supervisor asked her to get me to take a very low number for this role.
The interview process was professional, The store manager seemed nice. I though this would be a decent place to work. After being offered the job and accepting. The District Manager instead fill the position with his own applicant without ever notifying me.

They asked about my experience from my last job at a small Tulsa wholesaler.
In person interview of over 30 min with manager after call interview of 5 to 10 min. They call after few days if you are selected. Multiple questions were asked mostly situation based.
