i was called in for an interview by phone . getting there i was called in to the mangers office where i was asked questions on my background ,how i will react in a particular situation, how i heard of the opening and what i plan to do with the money i earned.

how will you react if you are getting robed at gun point in the store ?
they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
backroom in office of dominos after getting an email to select time. manager interviewed me asking me simple behavioral questions. asked about my availability and when i can start. hired me on the spot and accepted
