However, following the interview, communication unfortunately dropped off. I didn’t receive an update on the outcome, and follow-up attempts via email and phone went unanswered.
I understand hiring processes can move quickly and priorities shift, but closing the loop with candidates—especially those proactively approached—would significantly improve the overall experience and reflect the company’s strong brand more consistently.
Overall, DoorDash appears to offer exciting opportunities, but there is room to strengthen the candidate experience through more consistent communication.
