There are three rounds of interviews in total. - The first round is a recorded video interview. The questions will be displayed on the screen, and you can pause to think before recording your answers. You can also delete and re-record your responses if needed. - The second round is a live interview with your direct supervisor, focusing on your relevant work experience. - The third round is another interview with a higher-level manager, with questions similar to those in the second round. - If you pass all rounds, you’ll be required to provide references from two former managers for a background check and undergo a drug test.
