Applied online on the job board. Received an email to schedule a phone interview the following week. Passed the phone interview with HR, then went on a in person interview with the SVP of the department two weeks later. Was then sent a test a week later and I turned it in. Got the job offer a week later and accepted.

My friend worked at the company and submitted my resume to HR for review. HR suggested me for an admin position in Consumer Products and sent me the job description.
The department is a new business line for the studio, so it was an exciting opportunity to grow with the company and get promoted.
