I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at DriveTime Automotive Group (Tempe, AZ) in Mar 2026
Interview
Not too bad. First was a 30 min behavioral screening call done by a member of HR. Second Interview was an hour long panel with 3 senior software engineers describing the projects I worked on and my experiences as well as questions regarding how I would approach problems. Not leetcode technical style but more of what would you do in this scenario type of questions.
