I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Kent, OH) in Oct 2013
Interview
Shortly after applying on Snagajob.com I was called and offered a job interview with the hiring manager. When I got to the location I saw a sign stating "open-interviews" so I realized that you didn't need to apply to receive and offer. The interview was short and sweet with less than 10 questions total.

Question 1
The most difficult question I was asked was what was the hardest circumstance that you ever had to overcome with a team or group.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
