The telephonic round and face to face round goes off well and then you are offered lesser ctc than your last drawn. You are asked for payslips and called for final interview but then no response. Stop wasting candidate's time

First phase was a telephonic Interview, Second Phase was face to face where First round was HR then Second round was Technical then Third Round was again HR. Technical was quite hard to crack.
