Low starting pay compared to other. Pushy about trying to make interviewers consider housekeeping. Very low amount of benefits compared to other hotels in Miami. For such a glamorous hotel not intriguing to work at.

A video interview with director of Finance, then finalize that they will hire me over the phone. Director are very easy going and kind. Then the HR contact me with a background check, and then offer me some official documents.

I went in for an Open House event. You had to give your name,phone number, etc and fill in a form. A woman and a man (directly from China) come in and call you. They ask typical questions about the position, previous employment history, certain situations,etc. Overall it was a good experience. Sadly I was not chosen. You also get kind of a more relaxed enviroment.
