Brief (15 minute) initial screening followed by a second round in person interview over coffee. I was originally told I would be interviewing with the director only to find out I was meeting with two Corporate Trainers. They were professional and walked through the stages of the interview very clearly (tell me about yourself, what do you know about marketing, structure of our company). Overall, it was professional, but the company seems more interested in feeding people through the corporate structure as quickly as possible as opposed to building lasting talent.
