ERG interview questions

There were four rounds of interviews with ERG up the chain of finance command. I met with the initial HR contact, the assistant controller, the corporate controller, and finally the CFO. All interviews were scheduled and completed quickly and I received a job offer a few business days after completion of the fourth interview.

The interview process was seamless and well-structured, with clear communication at every stage. I appreciated the transparency in the hiring process, from expectations to timelines.I felt welcomed and valued throughout the process, which speaks volumes about the company's environment.
