I applied online. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in Aug 2013
Interview
Online application: education and work experience - fairly basic
Verbal and non-verbal reasoning were some of the most simple tests I have taken.
Strengths based interview in the London office - this involved 16 preset questions, which were asked in a predetermined order. They related to my personal strengths and the interviewer was not allowed to interpret the questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions themselves weren't difficult. The problem was that I found it difficult to find information on what would be asked.
Questions included "tell me about a time when you have been organised" followed by "and how did this make you feel?"
Questions related directly to the strengths that EY say they are looking for.

Interview
I got to the AC and final interview stage. Basically everything was pretty relaxed throughout the day, the staff are really nice. But the written exercise where you got 2 tasks to do in 40min was challenging. Partner interviewer was very nice but I was underprepared so I did not get through

Question 1
She asked me about one of my weaknesses. But after I gave my answer she asked me to state another weakness which was a bit unexpected.
