Interview
This was a phone interview prior to a in person screening, if I met the qualifications that they were looking for. I thought it was a good step, and I was able to ask questions about benefits during the call as well.

Question 1
How familiar are you with computer programs/technology?
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
