One round with HR, it’s a lower role than my previous job. HR thought I was overqualified and concerned it’s not a long term position for me, which I respect.

Interview
I was recruited by a headhunter for a job opening they had. We had a phone call regarding my past experience, the role and responsibilities as well as my desired compensation. I was then invited to an in-person interview with the hiring Account Director, followed by an interview with the founding Partner.
