Elizabeth Garrett Anderson School interview questions

The application process was very tiresome with there being three tasks sent prior to the interview online and a further three assessments at the interview. When I arrived it became clear that the recruitment staff were unprepared and disorganized as I was left waiting for extended periods of time after the completion of each task. This was a big shame as the same breaks could have been utilized more effectively before each task. It was very clear that nothing had been prepared beforehand. I was waiting about a full hour for the final interview at the end of the assessments. There was also no "refreshments" as stated in the interview offer e-mail.
