Super friendly and positive staff. I was recruited on campus and then did a preliminary interview on campus, followed by a full day at their one site. It was a great day and they provide you with many opportunities to talk to staff and get a feel of their culture, goals, etc.

Some basic riddles to see how you think. Nothing to worry about because you can talk through your thought process and they’ll give you some hints along the way if needed. They want to see if you can ask the right questions and work your way through a problem.

The interview process involved numerous control theory-related questions, particularly focusing on PIDs, PI, P, and PD. Additionally, they evaluated my English proficiency by asking for stories to assess my second language skills.
