The interview process for the phlebotomy lab is very laid back. If you’re truly a phlebotomist you will do well on an interview with them. It is about thirty minutes from start to finish. It is literally about six questions and a quick walk around to the areas you will service.

Interview
Very easy going and relaxing. Great energy for the individuals interviewing me. Lots of laughs and great conversation. Asked me briefly about my past drawing experiences, how I'd work with certain patients, and what skills I specifically possessed that made me a viable candidate for the job.
