Interview
Very nice people tech panels but ignorant HR . They Process took more than 3 weeks. Total 3 rounds and I was kicked out. After lot of emails between recruiter and me, finally telephonic round was scheduled.
Round 1: Started with my overall experience, the assignments I have done till now. Since My most work was in Core Java, he asked me only core java and multithreading. It was around 45 minutes interview.
Round 2: Got call again for 2nd round, This time core java and multithreading again but in depth, few puzzles and logical questions
Round 3: Skype round with director, Started with work experience, then we talked about skill set. And in next 8 minutes, interview was over.
I waited till 1 week and finally called HR for feedback. He told you don't possess skill set we need here for position you applied for and cannot pay me my expected salary.
I was perplexed here if I was not suitable, then how profile was selected and 3 round of interview also happened.
And HR did not even care to tell me that things did not go well. Selection or rejection is OK to the candidate but ignorance of HR is something I could not digest.

It took three rounds to qualify it.First time ,I was nervous but sir relaxed me and then i became more confident .First round was all about data structures . Second one was about my aptitude and programming language.Third one was a simple HR round.
