The interview process was held in 2 stages , both of which are the technical rounds. The first round will be taken by the Team lead followed by the managerial round and HR round. Interviewers don't intimidate the candidate even when the candidate is wrong in few cases. People here Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor througout the interview process. They also review the candidate's potential in the managerial round.
