My interview was somewhat confusing, I applied for a different position than I interviewed for. The questions asked were normal interview questions. Where do you see yourself in five years? I found that the person giving the interview seemed rather young and inexperienced. Her inexperience made the interview seem somewhat awkward.

Delivery of writing samples, an initial, brief intro interview with HR, followed by two true interviews with different stakeholders. They sent lots of materials before the second interview with premade videos about the campus and benefits.

Applied online, had a short phone interview, followed by an online test, moderated by a third party, and a final phone interview. It was a long process and took many weeks.

I had a phone interview about the position and the company as a whole and then performed an online assessment. The phone interview was very helpful and informative, but the assessment felt wholly unrelated to the position as it was described to me.
