At Equinix, we use HireVue so our candidates can bring their resume to life and share more about their relevant experiences and accomplishments than can be conveyed in a resume. We don't want to miss out on a great candidate just because their resume didn't include the right keywords or information. And while we would love to meet with all of our candidates, the reality is that our interview teams have limited bandwidth. This is why it is important to us to provide potential candidates with the opportunity to share as much relevant information as possible with the hiring manager so they can make the best decision about who to invite on-site for in-person interviews.
