European Defence Agency interview questions

It started with an online application in April, typical of all European institutions, asking everything about you, movitation, references, working and academic experience, knowledge of different languages, etc. I got an interview with the ISE directorate in June, in the Strategic Industrial Analysis dpt. It was a 20 min interview. After that, I got rejected in mid-July.

Application online. After a few weeks, there’s a call for and assessment and an approximately 1hr panel interview the following day. Standard behavioural questions and majority technical as indicated in the job description
