First a recruiter will call, which leads to a Skype interview. Then you meet with your manager and you have to take a "prove it" test. Then you go through a 3 week training through Dell Inc for the specific job duties.
Terrible they were asking me to do a lot of things that were out of my pay grade. Also had no desire to let me know when I would be hired on full time.

Interview
As with every other experience with Apex (I have had several), they seem professional at the beginning, but *always* ghost you when they're not going to move on to the next step. I've had them even tell me that they would have feedback for me in the next 48 hours, and then nothing. Extremely annoying practice and always a waste of time.
