I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Everly Health (Austin, TX) in Dec 2020
Interview
One 30 minute interview with the hiring manager, then a 3 hour take home assignment consisting of either writing an automation script or creating a test plan. As well as meeting the requirements in the document. This was regarding a hypothetical new feature.
Interview questions [5]
Question 1
If you were going to be on vacation the day this feature was deployed to staging and needed to be smoke
tested, quickly write/explain the steps needed to verify this feature is working as intended and ready for
release to production. Pretend as if this would be handed off to the Product Owner to verify the feature.
Imagine that certain bugs were discovered late in the testing/integration process and the feature was
supposed to deploy tomorrow. How would you communicate the issues to the product owner? Would these issues block or delay the release? Why or why not?
Please answer the following short-response questions:
a. How would you approach testing at each stage of the development process for this feature?
b. How would you work with the Dev team and at what points in the process?
c. How would you handle UAC failing during different times in the process?

Interview
Pre screen with an amazing recruiter, then the manager. After that you'll have an assessment. For QA Engineer this is an assessment about testing practices, and you can optionally do some programming for it.
After that you'll have a final round with some engineers, product/project managers, and higher ups.

Question 1
Why Everlywell? A lot of behavioral "give me an example of when x happened to you, what did you do?" questions.
