Evisort interview questions

Long, elaborate, pretentious. The two 60 min interviews with random “industry leaders” is a bit much. Weird manager who laughs out loud when you give answers he wouldn’t give himself.

TL;DR: friendly, organized, conversational, slow process, cool company 1. Apply/Referral 2. Phone Screen (basic walk through resume, why Evisort) 3. Behavioral with talent team 4. Call with head of sales (go through the tool, what are your takeways, how would you handle presenting this / setting this up / etc) 5. Call with head of strategy
