Initial Interview: Basic recruiter questions
The process went smoothly, and the recruiter was very informative. It was also an interesting conversation.
Although I wasn't selected to move forward with the next step, I was glad that they updated me on the status of my application.

Phone screen with recruiter. 4 rounds of interviews. Interview process felt very unprepared. Each interviewer read questions out of a sheet and most of the questions were the same so it was like going through the same interview four times. Was a very long and tedious process overall.

Question 1
Basic interview questions like what are your weaknesses? What is your greatest accomplishment? How would you describe yourself? Etc.
Multiple team members on video call interview. Everyone seems to ask the same questions multiple times or they just reword… not sure if they expect to receive different answers. Please don’t play mine games with candidates. In addition don’t provide a post interview follow up.
