Lengthy, included three rounds of formal interviews and additional screening at the start. The process also involves doing supplemental written work in between interview rounds. They took a while to get back to me and in the end I ended up accepting another job offer.

Interview
During the phone interview, I was informed by the recruiter that the position I applied for was reclassified to Grants Proposal Coordinator, which was completely different from what I had originally applied for. No one informed me before the interview that the title and description changed.
It was a hands on experience. The cofounders were verifying that I could do the things I said I could. I welcomed the questions as an opportunity to learn from them as well.
