Exponent Partners interview questions

Pretty simple enough - heard back quickly after submitting an application. The HR Team was fun to talk to. Despite them telling me I'd move on immediately, there was a two week gap before meeting with members of the team. They were all behavior questions, e.g. what would you do in this situation, how would you begin tackling this problem. Not very Salesforce-specific. They told me they would take weeks to get back. I was surprised to get a rejection email more than a month later (thankfully I had already started another job). Like another reviewer said, seems like they hired on fit. The process I experienced didn't seem to technical, but I got the feeling the workload would be high and the teams were fairly siloed.

Process is lengthy, it’s 4 stages, but there is no tech assessment to my knowledge. Interview with HR was fantastic, was told on the spot I would move to next round. I did have to follow up though and was scheduled for what I was told would be a team interview. Instead, it was a panel interview that consisted of mainly behavioral questions. I felt slightly underprepared, but that may be because of the format. I got the sense my would-be coworkers just were not into me and it ultimately came down to fit. In spite of how they portray themselves as a midsize technology consulting firm with startup vibes, I got the sense the culture is formal and corporate given the interview process. I was also ghosted and never heard back.
