Process is lengthy, it’s 4 stages, but there is no tech assessment to my knowledge. Interview with HR was fantastic, was told on the spot I would move to next round. I did have to follow up though and was scheduled for what I was told would be a team interview. Instead, it was a panel interview that consisted of mainly behavioral questions.
I felt slightly underprepared, but that may be because of the format. I got the sense my would-be coworkers just were not into me and it ultimately came down to fit. In spite of how they portray themselves as a midsize technology consulting firm with startup vibes, I got the sense the culture is formal and corporate given the interview process.
I was also ghosted and never heard back.
