Everyone goes through the same process. First a recruiter calls you to do an inquiry, which consist of your basic information and then ask about your work history. They determine if they are interested and then schedule you an interview. You are asked a series of standard and general interview questions, then a basic skills test depending on the type of job. It is a very easy process.
