Initially, the offer sounded great. I attended an information session with several employees who talked about their jobs. When I got to the interview, it seemed like my interviewer had completely burned out. She had no motivation, answered my questions about the company with very generic and formulaic answers, and I really learned nothing.

Career fair on campus, took us out to breakfast the following week. Did interviews on campus afterword's. Two engineers were the interviewers very casual conversation but pretty intimidating. ( I need to reach 30 word count )

Talked to recruiter at career fair. Then in person behavioral interview (STAR) after college career fair. Then second interview over the phone, asking about experience, schoolwork, and job preferences. Never any technical questions.

this was one hundred percent behavioral interview. my interviewer asked pointed questions and I didn’t hear back. It was an on campus interview after submitting my resume at a career fair.
