I had very disappointing interview with Li Fitmaurice EzzyBills, From the outset, her behavior came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than creating a welcoming and respectful environment, she seemed uninterested and abrupt, which made the entire interview feel uncomfortable and discouraging.
As a candidate who prepared thoroughly and was genuinely interested in the role, I found this conduct disheartening. Interviews should be a two-way conversation where both parties show mutual respect — unfortunately, that was not the case here.This experience has made me question the company culture at EzzyBills and whether respect and professionalism are truly valued. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the way candidates are treated during the recruitment process.
