      Entretien avec le VP RH en premier, puis la directrice, et enfin le futur N+1 direct. Les entretiens s’enchaînent assez rapidement, sur quelques semaines, si le profil les intéresse. Très souvent, le VP fait partie des personnes à rencontrer, même si vous ne travaillez pas directement avec lui dans vos futures missions.
