Short and behavioral, It was two rounds of interviews one with the HR associate and then another one with the direct hiring manager. HR interview was primarily informational and general overview of work structure while manager was more behavioral questions.
The interview process was straightfoward. The first interview is filled with lots of basic and situational questions. The second interview is with another team member to get a better understanding of if you will be a culture fit.

Rapid fire and almost confrontational interview. Rude and unhelpful, and didn’t feel like the interviewer was asking questions in good faith. Flaked on rescheduling and sent me a standard rejection letter. Unprofessional, and I would not have wanted to work for this individual even if I did get an offer, or even a full interview.
