2 phone calls (one with HR, one with administrator), 1 skype session with 4 different mangers (30 min each). Total of 3 hours interviewed. Overall, good process and nice people.
Two rounds of interviews. First, over the phone (approx. 20 min) and a longer one (approx. 45 minutes). Took about a month for the entire process. Asked behavior questions, and a few technical questions.

I met a recruiter at my college who invited me to apply for an actuarial internship at Farmers. I had a phone interview, met my supervisor, and went to lunch with some of my colleagues. Overall it was a fairly relaxed interview.
