I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx in May 2020
Interview
Very easy interview, I had a phone call screening interview. This asked basic questions such as availability and position interested in. The next phone interview was basically just stating the job duties and confirming that you are able to do the job functions. After the phone interview I got offered the position and given an orientation date. Overall, it was about a week long process between me submitting the application, getting the first phone call, and attending my orientation.

Question 1
What would you do if a conflict that arises between you and a co-worker?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
