My application was received and me with a phone call where they invited me in for a sit down interview in the HR office. They asked all the basic questions.

Interview
There was no interview process with FedEx Ground. I communicated with HR through email after I applied and once I was selected for the packer handler position, I got to choose my shift availability to work.
