I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Jun 2011
Interview
Applied for the job and was asked for a day and time to set up a phone interview. Did this and was not called that day. Told that they had scheduled me the wrong day. Had the e-mail stating I had the right date and time but I was nice about it and just rescheduled. Got the phone call, barely asked me any questions (just typical why do you want to work here) and told me that they would call if I got a face-to-face interview request. Never did. Didn't seem like the most professional interview process but then again I just went through the preliminary stage.

I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH)
Interview
Was quite a few interviews for a rather entry level job but the people seemed nice. Was hard to answer how I would study for something I had no materials for yet.
I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Westlake, TX)
Interview
Phone call interview and then panel interview. It was pretty average in difficulty and the whole interview process spanned about two months. I did my interviews virtually since I don't live there.
Filled out an application and was sent an invitation to do video interview via email. The interview process seemed straightforward. The job description included having to pass an exam after a trial period.
