We’re sorry you didn’t feel we valued your time or communicated with you when you wanted feedback. In lieu of a first round of interviews we asked candidates for materials that would provide us some information on their training background and their presentation skills. The entire hiring process for our Client Success Trainer position took six weeks, unfortunately you applied toward the end of that time and by the time we received your materials we were putting together an offer for our preferred candidate. You were notified of the job being filled within two weeks of us originally receiving your materials. Again we’re sorry we didn’t communicate with you as often as you would have liked and wish you well in your job search.
