35 minute conversation wherein which I was face to face with the hiring manager and he inquired about my ability to work on a team, time manage, set personal and professional goals, display resilience, exude positive energy in stressful times when deadlines are causing pressure on individuals, and the ability to manage people during necessary times of collaboration.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
