I had multiple video remote interviews, including via phone and Zoom. I did not have an in-person interview. The questions were pretty typical for an IT position, mostly about my background.

Phone interview with HR month after application submitted. Zoom interview week later with hiring manager and others. Said I would hear back in a week or two with a decision and it's been 3 months and no communication.
