15 minute phone call going through CV and asking questions about the company. Next was an assessment day with a numerical reasoning test, comp interview and a presentation. Interviewers were extremely nice and made me feel comfortable.

15 min phone call: what modules will help in this role, why do you want this role, what do you know about the CMTP and KX technology, what coding experience do you have and how skilled are you with excel
Comp interview examples: name a time you were a team leader and a time when you had conflict with a colleague and how you resolved it. I unfortunately can’t remember them all.
