Interview
It consisted of 1 remote interview with Flowminder's Senior Statistician and one of their Data Scientists. It mainly focused on questions about data analysis and surveys, cleaning data and descriptive statistics
Own initiative application, was invited for a call a few weeks later, presented myself, discussed possible opportunities for cooperation, talked about my motivation, was told about the current work/projects and upcoming projects

Interview
HR reached out and set up a zoom interview with three people. Had to prepare a presentation in advance and present it during the call. The interview then consisted of them asking formulaic competency questions, i.e. you fit your experience into their questions rather than exploring your background and eliciting more information.
Heard nothing more after the zoom interview -- no email to say thank you for applying, but we won't be taking your application further.
