Sat down in the managers office, given a cuppa, manager asked a list of generic interview questions, lots of personal questions about interests and artistic interests which was nice - generally good experience

Generic interview questions like what would you say is your greatest strength/weakness etc. - but also personal questions about what interests you and hobbies outside of work seemed especially important (as I guess its a niche/artistic place to work)
