I went in for an interview with Visual Manager early morning then the District Manager in the afternoon. They photocopy SIN card photo ID. They called me the next day with an offer.
Easy only a few questions they would ask you what fast fashion is and if you can multitask. They want to get to know you as a person and hire you based on your personality.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Winnipeg, MB) in Mar 2025

- why should i hire you
- tell me about yourself
- how would you deal with a difficult customer
over all it was good i say not difficult
Casual and Quick. Forever 21 asked common retail interview questions such as: What’s your biggest strength or weakness? Please give me an example of how you handled a conflict in a workplace setting? How do you work in a team setting? How do you respond to instruction and working on your own?
