I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Forrester in Apr 2011
Interview
Smooth and easy. Brief phone screen then 4 individual interviews in the office. Looking for motivated, smart, curious employees. Be sure to ask about how much you are expected to be in the office, especially if you work remotely or prefer to work remotely. Definitely look for someone who you are connected to who can tell you more about the people you are interviewing with etc.
I did a screening call with the recruiter and one interview with a hiring manager. I sent a thank you and multiple follow ups to the Recruiter (Lisa) and was ghosted. So unprofessional
Three rounds- Initial screening, followed by 4 separate Behavioral Based Interviews, followed by a final interview/presentation. The final interview included a twenty minute mock discovery call and a brief discussion afterwards.
