Full of self praises by the partner/ director and no KPIs a bit hard to believe but it seems after joining things are not the same. Asked to find new business. Alot of overrated promises, eager to get someone. Interview next day hired.

Had a written assessment test to describe a situation where I had to handle it and how I managed to overcome it.
Thereafter, the interviewer would ask me to do a self introduction as he looks through my application and subsequently ask a series of questions.
