Interview
Applied online, was contacted to attend interview on one of the two days. Couldn't attend as I have a full time job. They told me that they would get back to me at a later stage if they didn't find the candidate. They did get back to me. We did a facetime interview and then set up a date to meet 3 weeks later. On the morning of the interview I received an email saying that he couldn't come and meet me for an interview and that he would call me later that day. I'm still waiting for that phone call..

Interview
Initial phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a phone screening with a DM led to 3 in-person interviews: DM, AM and VP suite. The turnaround on next steps was pretty speedy, but the scheduling between interviews did drag out a bit.

Boilerplate questions ranging from "how do you persuade someone to your point of view" to "tell me about dealing with a difficult coworker"

Speak to recruiter, then DM, then you speak with a RM. Once you make through these you start training if offered, training will be with a senior manager
