Since this place takes photos of families and children, it totally makes sense why they need to find a specific personality that meshes well with that environment. The interview process consisted of a group first interview where they observe how you interact with others in a social setting. They had problem solving activities and games to get to know you and how you handle challenges. The second interview was a more formal setting where they sit down with you individually to understand your work ethic, strengths, and weaknesses. They introduce you to members of the team to see if the culture is a good fit for both parties. The interview was a mixture of both casual but intense. Very great people who work here.
